also ran into someone with the name PlaysWithSquirre1s or something like that. unfortunately they weren't very good and should not have been playing gold. would die/bleed out at the beginning of almost every wave. 
Ran into someone called GrouchyBlackMan last week. Wasn't sure if it was really funny or extremely racist, I went for the former

He must be better then the dude on PS3 called 'AngryBlackMan' -something or other. I'm not the kind of player to take things seriously enough to send hatemails, especially when there is ambiguity about someone's username, but he's one of very few players I've ever felt the need to block as he was a high-ranking player who seemed to believe that the objective waves didn't apply to him. He was so close to the hack circle without being in it that I can only assume he was deliberately trolling.
I've played with the Poopeater guy too, couldn't stop laughing. Also had SloppyToe showing me how to Volus, and I couldn't stop mixing politically incorrect sexual images in my head

Grouchy is searchable on N7HQ and he's very high ranking, but he totally was a team player and was focused during objectives... he made it seem easy... so yeah, he sure sounds a lot different to the one you encountered!
