Played a game a while back with N7 Medic (Or something very similar), the guy basically would run across the map to revive you, no matter if 3 Brutes and 2 Banshees were in the way. A red Gethgineer, with his "medic" turret. I assume he had Adrenaline III on and specced his character for full speed bonuses too.
As soon as I'd go down, one second, and I'd see his turret appear over my dying body, 2 seconds to follow, and "medical aid" from the red geth.
Pretty interesting experience.

was it N7 Geth Medic? pretty sure i've played with them a couple of times as their geth engineer and did exactly as you described. he was a helper alright.
