I am at 100 % with her and "in a romance" (does she like both girls and boys lol) and still have not gotten the trophy, and am at a loss on how to get it. My husband and I have the other 3 but still missing hers. Any suggestions?

If you said to her " I heard orlesian bards were often spies" that should have set into motion her personal quest which pretty much opens the full romance up.

Now, I believe PC has it patched, but the consoles do not

( unpatched PC-and console version known issue)
Should you not use that conversation option by a certain point, the option vanishes and you cannot continue the romance, or her quest. The fix; break up with her " softly" and the option to say that should be back, allowing you to take another stab at it.

Even in the patched PC-version you have to "let her down", when your relation to her is ~90-100.

IIRC to break up with her softly "nets" you about -20, thus bringing it down to the the range, in which the option to ask about the Orlesian bards will be available.
