A female Soldier.

I need 2 niches filled in the female roster.
A burly, tanky, high durability female.
A woman with some serious gun synergy.

What I'd really like is a female character people would complain about for being too good like the Ghost. Ghost is the "superman" of MEMP? I wanna see a "powergirl" of MEMP.

The next DLC seriously needs more salarians, and female quarians. Both of those models have never seen a DLC release, and could use some DLC time, and some new, exciting abilities.

I'd like to see weapons built on the lessons of the pirahna. Light weight, but made so it does well, but not well enough for another pirahna wars. More caster weapons that have variety to them.

I wouldn't mind some asari outfits modeled after Aria's outfit. And maybe some tali secondary/DLC outfits.

Yeah, but I thought they could figure out a way to fix it.  Or just not make them teleport.

Indoctrinated Forces:

Alliance soldiers (avengers, frag grenades)
Salarian engineers (scorpions, energy drain/incinerate)
Asari (warp, lift grenades, disciples)
Krogan (battlemasters or soldiers, eviscierators)
N7 Destroyers (shields/armor, multi-frag, typhoons, sync kill: their hvy melee)
N7 Slayers (think Kai Leng fight in SP, biotic slash and biotic charge, N7 eagles, phantom sync kill)

This would be fun as hell.

Very much so! It's so rare! Even rarer is the variety Mass Effect offers! And that variety needs to grow!

Yeah, but I thought they could figure out a way to fix it.  Or just not make them teleport.

What I would like is a new game mode. Doesn't really matter what the new game mode is, so long as it isn't the exact same as what we already have.

What I predict is a lot of stuff to go with the Omega DLC, so some new maps, some classes based on the mercenary groups that run Omega, a couple of new guns, and not much of anything else.

New game mode could work if they have a good idea that could be done. I wouldn't say no to a another new enemy faction either or new maps. More characters and weapons of course. It doesn't necessarily have to top the last one, it just has to add good value.

Some new Spectre/Shadow Broker characters sounds cool, as does some new maps/hazard versions of existing maps. Considering BW is doing a staggered release of the new character kits, I doubt we'll be seeing a new MP DLC release for a while, but maybe they have something up their sleeves to coincide with the Omega SP release *crosses fingers*.

Definitely Elcor at this point since we have Volus.

Opposition:
I loved the idea of having indoctrinated forces against us per Zero 48444's comment.
Special level/wave where you fight a land Reaper ship and also how about some Harvesters?

A tank that can actually force enemies to focus on them(basically it has a taunt ability) would be awesome to see, as well.

You can already do that.  Shoot at enemies while all your friends are in cover.

Bioware keeps on going bigger and bigger with their DLCs; I didn't even think they could've topped the Earth DLC but they did. What do you think the next DLC should have?

I still think the Earth DLC was the best DLC so far. What i would like to see in the next one is mercenary faction, Salarians, spiced up game play with random events (kinda like hazzards and random enemies spawn)
