 From what I understand, Warp Ammo increases the damage you do against any target that is biotically primed (Warp, DC, Reave, ETC). So, using this logic, I've deduced two things that may or may not be already completely obvious to most people:

1. Drell Adept Sniper might be a good idea because of Reave + Warp Ammo damage bonuses, plus the Drell's massive passive bonuses. 

2. The Asari Huntress is going to be awesome with Cloak + DC + Warp Ammo.
