For playing a dual wield warrior what is the best weapon combo?  Should I stick with two daggers like a rouge or a sword and Dagger?  What gives me more damage output?

I like two full swords at level 12.

just check the damage output, it's really relative to how you build your character and not the weapon you choose.

I tend to go one long sword, one dagger...often later on using " Starfang, and Edge" as my combo though you can eventually get to the point of two swords as well

Mine went dual full swords. Starfang in one hand, Keening Blade in the other, Add Grandmaster paralyze, lightning, hale, fire cold and dweomer runes in the blades and you are pretty much an unstoppable force of nature.

Daggers are faster. And when runes/frost/fire weapons add 20-30 damage per strike, speed counts.
