Does anyone elses Berserk sustainable shut off after every fight? Im currently using it with Indomitable and at the end of every fight berserk turns off  while indomitable does not. Is this a glitch or is this intended?

Yeah, I think it's one of the broken "sustained" abilities. It's very annoying, and there's no way to fix it besides recasting the spell after you:

Exit combat, enter combat, loot a corpse, open a chest, change weapons, save/reload/autosave, cast another sustained ability.

Have fun with the 30 second cooldown!

My 2 -handed warrior can sustain Indomitable and Powerful Swings all the time , but Berserk is always deactivated after the battle. My only solution is to set this tactic for him:Self- any - activate berserk and if the game is in good mood will activate it in the middle of the fight..or don't if it catches him in the cooldown period. Otherwise I activate it myself. A similar problem happens with my tank : it can sustain Precise striking and Shield wall and carry it from 1 area to another , but Rally is deactivated everytime I enter a building, leave it or the same thing with game areas. I have to manually activate it everytime in a new area. And God-forbid to set from the tactics panel 4 sustainable to be active at one time.My 2 hander had Indomitable, Powerfull swings , Berserk and Precise striking to be active all the time.Never activated all by themselves and usualy Powerfull swings was exchanged for Precise striking. If i activated all 4 manually , after a fight 2 of them would be deactivated. It seems that warriors can only have 2 sustainable active at the same time.On the contrary, my mage always kept his 3 sustainable active all the time and self activate them all when entering a new are.It seems that tactics are broke and faulty .And for th f**k-sake , why did they missed to add in the tactics section the enemy condition as petrified ? It would of made much easier the combo petrify + stone fist.

Did BioWare outsource its programmers to Calcutta or was this intentional? It'd be nice to hear a response.

I believe it is intentional. It is sustainable while fighting. Otherwise, you would have a slobbering, gibbering, retard walking around trying to start a fight with every merchant and beggar they came across. Well one more than ogren anyway.

Seriously though I don't think it is "realistic" to expect someone to be in berserk mode while not in the middle of a fight or throwing a legitimate tantrum about shop prices.

Firstly, Rev. Thank you that was hilarious.

Second, Rev. is correct. It is just like Blood Magic, a sustained ability that is only meant to be activated during combat. Purely for authenticities sake. Berserkers only build a rage in battle just like mages would only shove a knife through their hand when calling upon a BM spell. (not Bowel Movement) Just set berserk to self: any and it will be the first thing he does when an enemy is visible. No biggie.
