I know a lot of people have had this problem but it has never happend to me till now.

Last week i completed the challenge & my commendation pack was in store immediately. This week i completed the challenge (showing as 100% complete in game & on my N7HQ) but no commendation pack.

Before the latest update there used to be a link at the top of the forum page about 'commendation pack help' - that seems to have gone. So what do i do now?

Can anyone help?

Check the bottom of the page, under Help. Click on BioWare Game Support and it's pretty straightforward from there.

Check the far right of the page, towards the near bottom. There will be a "Contact Us" option. Just click that.
