As the title says.  Bioware has confirmed there are some bugs with the collectors making them stronger than they should be.  So I was just curious if they made you a better player because I feel that the other factions feel easier, obviously, than they used too especially the reapers.  While the dragoons and bombers make their respective factions feel a little harder but not so much as the collectors.

I do agree that everything else just feels a fair bit easier than the Collectors. Not saying the N word.

Lol the n word.  I think it's inevitable with the amount of complaining coming from people but at the same time bioware did say there is something wrong with them...I too personally like the challange they bring.

They've made me a much angrier player that's for sure. Dying to Scion/Praetorian shots at impossible angles, taking praetorian beams when I'm around a corner or in cover, being killed by possessed abominations when I'm lining up a heavy melee on one because a retarded teammate shoots it, etc. The Collectors have Lionel Messi and Christiano Renaldo playing for them the way they bend shots.

Not really. The only thing I've had to change is treating every character like they're a drell when fighting them because even on lower difficulties scion's trollolo all over "high durability" characters with their OP cannons of stupidity.

On Gold, I don't find them any harder than the rest. Heck the Geth are still cheaper than any other faction to include the Collectors. Friggen stunlocking robots.

Havn't played Collectors on Platinum though to see full strength.

Um they made me hate playing with randoms because I end up doing a lot of the work and solo'ing waves. It's pretty bad when sometimes it's within the first 3 waves too.

It's actually made me hate teammates more. Hey I let that possessed abom grab me on purpose don't shoo... KABOOM!

I think I'm better at surviving now. For example, I can now rock any faction on gold with my regular human adept, without a cyclonic modulator.

 yup - they're great: challenging but not generally cheap. Don't think i could solo on higher difficulties but a balanced team can take them down easy enough.

Erm not really. Other than the Scions (Which Bioware confirmed to be broken) I see them the same as every other faction (Well besides the super stunlock happy geth). All the factions do now is zerg rush and nothing else.

It's been a drain on my supplies really, that Scion killed me loads of times... not to mention the damn Aboms... when they explode...

Even though i do like it when those possessed ones explode, and i do like it alot... i've seen it take down 4 players at once..

No but they have that tendency to make me use all of my consumable quite more rapidly ....
