No.

They have made me a less relaxed player though...

Better? No.

Yes they're difficult, and more of a challenge, but I just don't enjoy fighting them (or the Geth).

By choice I only choose Cerberus or Reaper games now. And yes I am getting better at these.

I'm not sure why but I actually hate fighting Cerberus. My most hated faction. The reapers are the easiest as far as I'm concerned with the geth I have to keep my distance and the collectors being the most challenging.

The one thing they have definitely helped with is teaching PUGS NOT to defend the LZ....

By george, the collectors even on silver are crazy tough to beat on the extraction wave because of those possessed abominations....

Rather do a wave 6 hack in london on gold with collectors than try to defend ghost or rio LZ's silver extraction wave....

Yes, they need more firepower, better tactics, state of the art teamplay, stellar retreats...all while you keep an eye on flanks and back, collectors made PUG's become murder machines. Lately I see more extractions than failures, we are tough badasses.

Nah, not really, I just have to take cover more because of the Scions and Praetorians. The Collectors have really big heads which makes headshots alot easier.

More aware for sure.....I ran with a group from here last night collectors/gold, we ran in teams of two for the most part and it worked excellent, it's a heart pounding 11 waves but it's a lot of fun.

Scoins (sp?), man you have to be on the look out for those puppies at all times, they strip all armor and health in one shot it seems and then follow up with their nade's....however if you can spot them far enough away and flank them, it seems to work well.

I really appreciate this enemy, to me they are probably the smartest of the four on the field.

No but doing the Reaper Mastery challenge has made me better at them.
I still think the Banshee is op though
It has more armor than a brute, moves twice as fast, can teleport through walls, has a biotic DoT ball that she can cast super fast, said ball has the most ridiculously accurate pathfinding I've ever seen, and if you're playing a slow character like a krogan or Destroyer she'll teleport right up to you and synch kill you.
oh and she doesn't need to melee you to synch kill you.
I can deal with all that except teleporting,if they could remove it or at leastnot make super fast I would feel less freaked out over soloing reapers

They make me pissed. You have to spend so much time shooting seeker swarms, you don't even notice the armies of ninjas charging you from behind. I won't even talk about those damned Scions anymore. Basically whenever I see collectors I resign myself to failure.

Nope. I made myself a better player, not some code in a game.

As long as you play this game you are becoming a better player... your skill can only go up. ( excluding missle glitches)

I love fighting the Collectors. They're much more fun than the other three factions, and seem much more balanced as well. You see the enemies on screen, you can instantly assess the threats. Scions? Get cover. Praetorians? Don't let them get close or corner you. Collector Captains? Take them down fast. They've got some nasty, nasty tricks, but they're all managable and the variety leads to some really intense battles.

The Geth are much more frustrating to me, and also very one-dimensional to play against..
