Perhaps, but I had hoped there were more people occupying the 'intelligent' end of the spectrum.

They don't care anymore, I know I don't. I do remember reading the original way back when. Enjoyed your hypothesises about the Protheans specifically, mirrored my own.

Why are you still here then, if you don't mind me asking?

I still browse the multiplayer forum for patch notes and build tips, occasionally I lurk in the discussion forum for old times' sake.

And I didn't necessarily mean that people don't care because of any disappointments, I find a lot of them are just burnt out after six years.

Did you see what I wrote about Book Two?

Sorry, I must've misunderstood what you meant. For some reason I thought you were publishing your original dissertation in two volumes.

the website is gone and it looks like his steam profile has been banned. anyone know what happened? I've been looking forward to his post-Citadel DLC analysis.

I really wanted to read book 2 on ME3

Has the author abandoned the project?? I am more inclined to read the volume Two of the dissertation than I am eager to play Mass Effect 4 (or whatever the name may be)!!!

Hi there, guys.

No, I have not abandoned the project! Life invariably gets in the way, but much work has been done (and much work still remains). Writing eBooks about games (especially a series as sumptuous as Mass Effect) is a long and intense process. It's something I take very seriously. Brendan Keogh's Killing is Harmless proved that there's a viable market for this kind of thing and it's something I'm very keen on tapping into professionally. I must therefore treat the work seriously and with professionalism.

I don't really want to say much except that it will be ready when it's ready. (Y)

Clearly a necro, but I advise against locking this thread, since OP clearly continued the discussion.
