Any of the krogan laughs/roars. I swear, a krogan that can stay in melee and keep triggering rage sounds like a (big, psychotic) kid in a candy store.

or when the Destroyer makes that weird noise, I still am not sure what he is saying, but I'm sure people know the line I mean

"Medical help" by the Geth while reviving
"Ha ha, headshot" by Krogan

And I also like Cerberus' lines like:
"Squad, keep going!"
"Squad, need assistance"
"Damn!"
"Objective lost!" (especially when you kill this trooper, and his voice becomes raspy like he sobs with his own blood)
"Taking casualties"
"Man down!"
And some others by I hardly can understand what they say.

I like it when Cerberus troopers shout "play dead!" Or at least that's what it sounds like. It's not something you generally want to shout within hearing distance of your enemies.

I do hope people know that the Ghost and Havoc's dialogue are just recycled standard Turian voice files.
Unfortunately, I was hoping for new voices through their helmet filters like the N7 Operatives had new voices for every class.

Also anyone think that Bioware should introduce new lines for all the Characters? Like screaming when being executed by Banshee's, brutes and Atlases? As well as some jokes/puns from the Turians? I.e. SCRATCH ONE!

Or ever Quarian females going, Oh Keelah, as a Phantom uncloaks near her. Heck even a "SHOOT THE CROTCH" from a character as an Atlas appears would be Hilarious. And finally the Geth could make some R2 like noises when they take damage/being fired at or completed an Objective.
