OLD nickname from high school. Friend gave it to me. Kept it ever since.
How did you come up with your Ingame/BSN name?

I decided to name myself after my favourite Star Wars character, and chose to add DS to it since I first used the name for the forums of a game I got in 2007 for the Nintendo DS and it stuck.

Mine came about in a funny way really . There were issues at work getting the cleaning done the way it was suppose to . So one day taking a rather whimsical stand I took a clean dust mop head and placed it on my head and had long trailing locks LOL . ( bald by the way) So in making my point there were many empty dust mops laying around I took to mop head off my head and said and said I am a baldmop what do I clean . Name stuck but point was made .

When my family got our first internet browser, AOL, back around the early to mid-nineties nearly all of us chose screennames based off of our family name, like you're totally not supposed to do. I've been Gamescook ever since I was seven-years-old.

I like metal music, especially a lot of the 90's Swedish stuff, so I went with the name of one of my favourite In Flames songs.

My BSN name was something I created randomly - my in-game character was john shepard (SGA anyone?) and I didn't know what to put for my BSN name so created that and accidentally pressed the "p" button a few times to many.
My Origin ID name is a variation of my real name.

My origin ID is really unoriginal because I thought it would just be for signing into stuff, not in game.
My BSN name comes from what is still my favourite weapon in my favourite BioWare game.

Anyone remember Splinter Cell... the original...?
If not here's a reminder...
Take that and a few "stupid" references to it because you like to be sneaky... and you get it stuck on you... like a splinter in your mind...
(... and 115 has a significance to me...Edit: Well maybe not just for me... but most people don't remember it anymore...)

Mine sounds stupid, but it is to keep myself grounded no matter where life takes me, to remind me of my origins.
My older brother and I were orphaned at a young age. We were mistreated at the orphanage we ended up at, so we decided to run away, also fearing we'd never be kept together even if we were adopted. We lived a pitiful life of petty theft (mostly for food) and found it hard to keep ourselves safe on the street.
Things changed when we came across a plumbing store. During that time, toilets were high in demand, especially with the newly released bidet models. We actually started to make a sustainable life by stealing toilets and selling them on the black market. In other words, we found our way off the streets by "Jacking Crappers"
From there, we were able to find respectable jobs when we were of age into the world of plumbing.
Actually, that never happened, but it's what I like to tell people. I have had this nick ever since I started playing online MP games (starting with Starsiege Tribes 1, the best game I ever played, which all evolved around a single bug). I guess I was supposed to be a descendant of the great Thomas C Crapper or something. I just picked it on a whim. The real explanation is anticlimactic. Sorry.
Well, even to this day, my best friend whom I've known for 31 years refers to me as "Jack" or "Crapper," and I still call him "Baxter"

Well I was playing TF2 with these punks. I befriended one of them named Burger Time!. We became close, I was his best man, I became his brother. I was then known as Salad Clock. Than we adopted Tofu Hour to form the Buffet Triad. But Tofu was a dick so we just went down to the Dinner Duo.

I started getting into online forums and such in HS. I ran Cross Country in high school: xcrunr. My best 5k time was 16:47 in HS.
xcrunr1647
And I just never changed it. Never saw a good reason to.
