"Credit card could not be verified"

I'm sure my 'country' is the same for all three. By the way, I posted in another thread about the 'country' bit because there are other problems with it.
I think it'd be helpful if they actually said how the card could not be verified, like information mismatch or something. I know it'll possibly create the problem of frauders keep trying, but it could be vague but yet enough to let people know approximately what is wrong, instead of having to keep testing and testing.

I understand that the costumer support might be flooded with issues as the game was out rather recently but 4 days of wait for a reply is a bit disappointing. I think even a simple "We are looking into it." would make it more barable.
If anyone had this problem and got it solved dont be afraid to share how it was solved, if through Customer Support or any error on the account settings, etc. Any kind of suggestion at this point would be very welcome.

You are not alone, I'm still having the problem. I was redirected to the Costumer Support where I opened a ticket (it has been 4 days since i opened the ticket today) and still waiting for any kind of a reply.

I went to purchase more points about 30 mins later for the other DLC, using the same card details, from the same computer, and it says "Credit card could not be verified". Tried again a day later and it still didnt work.

Finally set up my PayPal account only to have that not work either UNTIL I tried it yesterday and it worked!
So maybe if you try PayPal as well it MIGHT work. Well it did for me.

If I understand this correctly, the country reference is crucial and it is checked four times:
1) The country setting in your EA account
2) The country setting in the CC information window, open when purchasing BioWare points (billing address section)
3) The country of your current IP address
4) The country of the billing address you gave the bank from which you got your CC (since it says, the addresses must match)
So if I am currently living in, say, the U.S. but am using a U.K. credit card, I can't get BioWare points and therefore can't buy DLC.
Furthermore, if the name my street/address line is too long, I should shorten it, however in that case, it would no longer match the billing address of my CC, how deeply is this checked anyway?
I have to say, they made this quite complicated, compared to the last Mass Effect DLC I bought (at EA store). Why is that?

There was one time that it actually went past the error and worked for me, but thinking the problem had been fixed I hit the back button to purchase a larger amount of points and then got the error again from then on out so I never actually completed the purchase.

Did you ever get a reply. I've never posted on a fourm before, and I an genreally a very forgiving person, but EA and Bioware have pissed me off. I have had the same problem as you. I sent a support e-mail request over a week ago with no reply. I've just sent this follow-up e-mail message:
I REPEAT MY PREVIOUS QUESTION ----- I was interested in dowloading the Warden's Keep DLC. I purchased $5.00 worth of points. I then relaized I need more points, $7.00 worth. I've tried to go back and order adtional points and everytime I try, it will not accept any of my credit cards. It says something like "Credit card can not be verifed:". Since you already have my $5.00 for some points, and I have tried all evening to purchase more points, I strongly suggest that you accept my $5.00 as payment in full and send me a redemetion code to download the DLC. Looking on the fourms, I see that this is a problem that has been brought to your attention for a few weeks now. Therefore, there is no excuse for you to have my money for something that I can not otherwise use, without your fixing your own system problems. The fairest and most expeident fix being just sending me a redmnetion code. YOU HAVE MY MONEY_ I DEMAND A REPLY
The info in CAPS is what I ameneded when I resent this. Perhaps I am just pissing in the wind, but when a copmany takes your money like this and does not allow a resloution they have in-fact become thieves. (Are they no better than pirates trying to steal thier games!)

I have update my EA profile to reflect my card and location, but still can't gt my card verified.
I can't open a TT either, as I can't load the page
So, what does a German fella, with a German localized PC, living in Ireland, with an Irish CC
and a UK IP needs to do, to purchase WardensKeep or to open a TT
Any suggestions
