arrrgggssss.. this is ridicules.
I have update my EA profile to reflect my card and location, but still can't gt my card verified.
I can't open a TT either, as I can't load the page
So, what does a German fella, with a German localized PC, living in Ireland, with an Irish CC
and a UK IP needs to do, to purchase WardensKeep or to open a TT
Any suggestions
Now, it is simple etting wired... I tried a UK card from a friend of mine, punshed in the correct data and...
Even a UK card, with a UK IP can't been verified???
I have NWN and NWN2 with all add ons, JE and KotoR.. but it looks like, now that BW is with EA, they don't want
me anymore as paying customer

I am a British who work and live in Asia, so my bank accounts would have all been of the UK ones.
Why would any other online stores allow you to shop normally and Bioware/ EA store would not let you?

It seems to not work for everyone but if your having trouble using a card I suggest trying PayPal, my transaction went right through without a hitch and I tried it immediately after having the "can't validate credit card" error.

Official word (and if possible and explanation for this strange policy) would be appreciated.

I live in Guernsey, one of the Channel Islands between England and France. They are not technically part of the UK but they are evidently not on the drop-down menu for selecting my billing location. I therefore cannot buy any DLC because my location doesn't exist according to the menu.

Yeap, I hear ya man. I am from venezuela, and I use an electronic visa debit card (from entropay.com), but I still got the error message and I couldn't buy the points from the bioware site...until yesterday that I remembered that I had a paypal account linked with that card, so I went and tried it, and it worked, I was able to finally buy the warden's keep DLC. If your credit card fails every time, at least give it a try with paypal.

Why can't we just pay for it with real money? *sighs* Is PayPal annoying and hard to deal with or are Warden's Keep and the golem one worth it?
I used paypal many times to buy from ebay and from some sites, and worked well for me. But if you ask me an honest opinion, sometimes I feel that both DLC doesn't worth this, they are very short (well, I like the golem more since you have a new ally...but the warden's keep was a dissapointment for me, even though I liked the armor that comes with it)
Really bioware, you need to fix these errors ASAP, many people in USA and around the world is trying to BUY from you, darn it, why not make things easier for your clients? specially if that's going to be your future business model.

Matching the IP with your billing address is a nice idea, but if there is no way around it, no better than a DRM. I mean, I am the rightful owner of the card obviously. I should be allowed to buy it no matter where I am.
