They just need to allow the purchase of points elsewhere, both digital and retail.

seriously, u guys need to fix your website. This is rediculous, i mean, how about you fix your stupid website and people can start paying you guys to get more downloadable content for their existing game. hmmmm that means more money in your pockets right????? thought about getting mass effect 2 and the expansion for dragon age but hell, if i cant even download some content why the hell would i get other games by bioware just to experience the same bs???

I used 2 different cards that I normally use everyday that work on "STEAM".
Both dont work with this bioware points purchase hassle.
This is rediculous EA & Bioware!
It is harder to buy legit DLC games than to pirate this DLC.
I am a very unsatisfied customer.
"USED" to love Bioware
Owner of:
Baldur's Gate
BG Swords coast
Baldur's Gate 2
BG2 Throne of Bhaal
Neverwinter nights
NWN expansions
Neverwinter nights 2
NWN 2 expansions
Mass effect
Mass effect 2
Dragon Age - Last Bioware/EA product I will ever buy. Ahoy Maties!
This is it! I am taking my bussiness elsewhere it is clearly evident that Bioware has now the EA cancer.

^ don't be upset with bioware. Whether or not you agree with their decision to be bought up by EA is a different issue on its own. Enjoy the games they produce for what they are. Don't let the glitchy/bad EA Store or online profile system affect the quality and time Bioware clearly puts into their games.
I am having the same issue as you, but I can safely say I am enjoying the game nonetheless. I would enjoy playing the new content, however...it's no surprise if we see a number of pirated versions of the future dlcs if EA doesn't solve this problem. I managed to talk with an EA spokesman on an online chat thing. He couldn't solve my problem, but he refered my problem to a 'Senior technician' in the field. They'll try to sort out my mess, if it works, I'll refer you all to HIS email address

Thanks a lot Fenster5.
Just to share, for me as a consumer perspective:
After sales support is part of the total quality package of the product.
Similarly the main reason you buy good quality pc parts is that your looking forward for aftersales or waranty/technical support. And EA really falls in this category i have raised may tickets to EA on different issues with different games and I can not remember any instance that I had a satifactory result or reply.
Bioware:
Gameplay +1
Value +1
DRM -1
After sales support -1
so its a total 0 imho

I used my card to by point the first time and it worked fine, I tried a second time and my mastercard doesn't work anymore... I even bought a visa gift card and had it registered and I still can't buy the points i need for RtO and i have suspicion that it locked my Mastercard because i can't use it anymore.

better still remove the protections and give it away for free since no one can be bothered fixing the problems with the credit cards

So does this mean I shouldn't risk trying to buy points and then trying to get the DLC?

Please do something here
I have been trying over and over to buy some points
My billing address is India, My IP is Indian, EA account Indian and I fill in India in the form
My street address is less than 50 Chars
This is getting frustrating
Hey, I got a reply from CC that DLC is not available for purchase in India. Is there any truth in any that? Has anyone from India been able to purchase DLC?
