Before I start this is not a rant just an observation. 99% of the games I have played on this game have been PUG games and before the challenge system was put in, about 75% of the games I played were Platinum. Usually you would find a decent team who would know what they were doing if you checked out the lobby of one or two games.
Since the challenge system came out there has been a massive increase in players playing Platinum who, quite frankly will not make it through a match. They are low level players with some of the worst kit for the job who know they won't make it through 11 waves, this I know because I have asked them. Most say that all they are there for is to get through at least one or two waves which will then go towards their Map Mastery challenge.
Dont get me wrong they have every right to be in Platinum and a few will find out that they are or will become great Platinum players with the right kit. Since the challenge system has came out however  I have found that I have had to relegate myself to Gold to find a team who I know will make it to extraction.
