I was wondering how, (and then how easy it is) to edit models from DA:O, i want to create an arcane warrior armour with some sort of challenge to achieve it. Not the simple god item mods that seem widely available at the moment.
I am trying to create a set that makes me look like an armoured mage, as i feel the ones available for download just make me look like a warrior. To do this i have been looking at the templar armour, the revenant model and several robes + hoods.
Can i take parts such as shoulder pads an attatch them to a robe?
I have managed to extract the .msh files but i am not sure this is the route to go down.
Any tips?

I have downloaded the blender scripts you linked and opened them ( they open into blender ), it says they allow .msh files to be opened but i am not sure how i enable this, do i have to run the scripts in the program? (if yes then how?)
Thank you
