SPOILER ALERT!!!
Unless I am wrong...at the end of the game.....
When you are talking to companions before going out to talk to the people, you can also talk to your brother (human noble) Fergis.
He states that he was taken care of in a hut out in the Wilds during his scouting (guess he got injured)...
(Flemmeth can change to a more attractive form as told by Morrigan)
So, did Flemmeth breed him while Morrigan was with you?
Is this why she wanting to stay behind when you offer that she can come with you? Is this a back up plan to have another daughter for her to take over?
Just food for thought...

Flemeth and fergus sounds like a sitcom idea heck it could be the seinfeld of Thedas(gets yanked off the forums by a cane)

I always thought Fergus' explanation at the end of the game was kind of shadey.

I'm sure that Flemeth's hut is not the ONLY hut in the wilds.

After all, Duncan mentions wilder folk, Flemeth mentions Chasind (as do several other places, including codices)...

Fergus is not a Grey Warden though, so I doubt he'd be useful in the baby making scheme. An interesting theory... but I doubt they put that level of consideration into what Fergus was doing while the story was unfolding. In fact, if you talk to him at the coronation, it's painstakingly clear they didn't put any consideration into it at all LOL.
