Why do pro-Prothean people use the Volus as an example?

What were the Volus gonna do as Palavin and their planet burned? Sit around and let the Reapers kill every one of them? Try to pay the Turians on money that is quickly losing its worth?

Seriously, Volus aren't even remotely comparable to Protheans.

I think typically it’s used as an example because before
they released the Volus, a loud group was complaining that they broke lore. The
idea was that their suits were too pressurized to withstand any type of blow,
that they were too small and weak to be in combat, etc. I didn’t pay much
attention, but I believe that was the gist of it. The argument is that some
people believed Volus were lore-breaking, and look what happened?

Could we have javick find memories of Prothean stasis locations in his memory sick thingie? It would be a dlc that required from Ashes but its legitimate and not random discoveries.

Everyone whats to complain about Lore where are our Salarian Husk and Volus Husk, why are only a few selected Races getting Husk form. Is it really realistic of the Reapers to decided to only make a portion of the galaxy into their unwilling Husk army when they got the galaxy at their finger tips to Huskify.

Giant Cuttlefish managed to survive millions upon millions of years, are you saying the Vast amount of the Prothean Civilization were unsuccessful with keeping a bunch of Protheans in stasis long enough. Lets not mention the Galaxy is a vast place and the Protheans had more of it explored than our cycle did. There are many possibilities for Prothean race survival and Leviathan DLC shows us the Reapers make mistakes, who is to argue a few Protheans didnt slip through their finger tips.

The only way in lore this could be possible if they were clones from Javik that are not that strong because the technology is not that good yet. The technology could´ve been found from a Cerberus laboratory where they experimented this tech. But like I said before the tech would not be nearly optimal so that is why the clone Javik´s don´t have so many abilities as the original one and maybe the tech would alter their abilities because it has side effects.
I´d liek to have them but I understand why many don´t.

I would settle for a weak prothean. i know i dont understand why nobody would like a prothean since the Multiplayer is just fun how man Krogan Vanguards do you see in pink mashin up collectors after they have been destroyed in the single play ?
