Most people are ungrateful and have no understanding of just how complicated things like this are. Anyone who has ever worked in a technology based field or hired one of these companies would understand that probably 90% of the time there are a few techincal issues that have to be worked out. When things actually work perfectly the first time it's like hitting a hole in one in golf. High fives all around.

While I have been critical of some of the things Bioware has done in the past they deserve a lot of praise for what they have done with the multiplayer and I am very impressed with the recent additions. Releasing new things every week is by no means a small feat and I am impressed and applaud them for this.

To put it simply, a lot of users on BSN act like whiny 6 year olds who don't get their way.
