I just imagined that if Bioware did do something special for Halloween, they'd also do so for Christmas where every enemy is some sort of faux-Santa and the banshee replacement screeches ho ho ho's while teleporting forward to insta-grab you and feed you cookies before setting you down to sleep, not die because wow way to ruin Christmas that way.

Perhaps the other factions would be different festive themed things, like reindeer geth troopers and little helper phantoms. Is Christmas even as widely celebrated in 2186? Would the Reapers call a truce for one day and celebrate with us, singing all the songs horribly off key on purpose while Harbinger shouts "We know you feel this", only to become enraged at the terrible gifts of fruit cake and embarrassing festive sweaters?
We just don't know.
