Patrick Stewart is doing a ton of VO work these days. Alexander Siddig has a great brit accent too. Plenty of out-of-work star trek actors.
Patrick Stewart as an LI please! If he was a female Kossith, we'd have the perfect game.

Honestly, Patrick Stewart could be the voice actor for anything, and I'd want to romance it. He could be the voice of your talking toaster for all I care.

This is the only case where I would support a female Kossith LI.
If there is a female Kossith LI in the game, and she is not voiced by Patrick Stewart, I'll boycott.

Nathan Fillion as voice for the PC, please.

Actually, Sylvius' suggestion of Tim Curry as the male PC is so amazing I have to concur. I don't think I'd ever roll a female character if I could be Tim Curry instead (unless the female PC was voiced by Helen Mirren or Judi Dench or something. And even then, it would be hard to ignore the allure of the Curry.)

I could see him in a miniquest voicing a braggart hero type who beats up on a horrible surgeon voiced by Neil Patrick Harris.

The point of Nathan Fillion is body language. I think he is a mediocre VA.

I thought he was fine as Gao the Lesser in Jade Empire.

Or at least, this should be Empress Celene.....
This is from a few pages ago, but I laughed so hard!

If the Empress came up to my character like that, I'd have so much more love for Orlais.
Sorry, Loghain.
I'd love to have Mr. Curry back voicing a character, he brought life to Howe.

Keep me safe from trouble and pain and hire Tim Curry for anything. Actually, if you would re use some of the voice actors of the characters that died in DAO and DA2 that would be awesome.
When an actor has a very distinctive voice, it's problematic to bring them back in the same series as someone else... as much as that sometimes pains me.
So no Simon Templeman?
Say it ain't so!

On a slightly more serious note, perhaps David Tennant?

I would like to see Nolan North and Troy Baker. Michael Mando would also be nice! And while I doubt they would do it, I would REALLY love to see Daniel Craig and mostly Javier Bardem in DA 3!

We'll never get anyone with that much name recognition in America, probably. On any video game, unless they did that VO work before becoming super famous. (even Ellen Page isn't Angelina Jolie famous in America, I'll say that)
Not even our most famous VO's in America (Billy West or Nancy Cartwright, anyone?) get the same stalker obsession than our most vapid and talentless reality TV show stars.
I mean, Billy West can still go the grocery store without being stalked by paparazzis.

I'm getting the image in my head of your thinking "He would be a great voice actor for this character!" and then, "Blast! We've already used him!"
That has happened.
We even had an actor audition for a DA2 role who was in DAO... and they were great. Sadly, they had a voice that was really obviously that DAO role. For about two minutes we agonized over whether it would be OK regardless... but no. No, no. Sanity must rule the day (except on Friday, and even then only in the Writer's Pit).
Simon Templeman has done many roles for you regardless, right? Seems like he did multiple roles for you in DA2 and origins.

But you guys do hire the same talent from game to game ive seen.
Nick Boulton for example pretty much used the same voice for Hawke and Vaughn. Is it more of a question of the size of the role?
I admit this is one of the things I like about BioWares production, it reminds me of how Akira Kurosawa used his "stock company" by hiring a stable of similar actors in various roles.
