The reason is that recently there has been a ton of games I am in, whether hosting or joining, where 1 or more members of the team do not load or are invisible or cannot see enemies/players. On Platinum, after using Rank 4 mods this is very frustrating to say the least having the entire game lost because of Origin's horrible coding.

It is a simple request and I do not see any way people will abuse this, but it will give your customers a way to not waste their hard earned mods due to game mechanic bugs.
