How to not romance anyone and anything?

Firstly - ---sorry--- I did search and did see some post on the subject, maybe there's even precisely what is needed, but failed to get proper keywords on it.

On one hand I want to have max number of codex entries and dialogue from chatting with the two girls, on the other hand I don't want no sex. What are latest possible dialog phrases with each of them, which would allow to both get maximum dialogue and still avoid that dang honeytrap?

Putting off Ash/Kaiden is easy. When you wake up in sickbay after Eden Prime use the conversation options that refer to jeopardizing the mission and both taking Shep to a hospital. That puts major brakes on the romance before it even begins for either character, though to be on the safe side you may wasn't to use a renegade conversation option later on as well. With Ash the one about both liking poetry or dissing her religious beliefs should do.

Liara is pretty straightforward. Talk to her about whatever you like and when she eventually brings up that she thinks she and Shep have a connection tell her she's mistaken and you only want to be friends.

Thanks, Psi. Though I asked this question a bit late - just past the hospital after perfect citadel cleanup before any other talks to the team. Guess will have to renegade through the ash convos or plain avoid them.

Edit 1: have just read a bit deeper around and found solution to try just now: right after citadel, on the first convo, tell her that she's out of line. Like wise people say, it should both kill the romance and allow to converse further.
