I call BS. Kroguarding vs Geth... takes little to no skill. That's how most people got it... so the banner will forever be tainted in that regard.

Yet, so many people struggle kroguarding v geth. You're point, if it even is one, is wrong.

I know decent/average gold players who can't get it with Krog/Reeg.

I've seen them carry waves here and there on gold but, they still don't have LW.

And not for lack of trying.

Did it with my Turian Havoc against the Geth. Took 3 tries before succeeding though. Damn objectives.

I would agree with that mostly. Despite what the people here will tell you this isn't a task for everyone. All the others are just grinding. Even Nomad can be done just by joining gold games and getting carried. Of course your speed at completing some challenges might show more skill but in a couple months you won't be able to tell at first glance.

You can't so.o gold without at least knowing something about the game mechanics and having some good gear. This makes you an above average player even if you use a Ghost/GI and a Harrier. I'm the only one of my 20 odd mass effect friends with it and only know one other who will have it for sure. I also normally play gold with most of those people and extract 90% of the time.

I don't know anyone who does... but I'll take your word for it. I still feel Lone Wolf to be a mostly meaningless banner... and it has never directly implied skill to me, more like patience or kroguarding.

Map Mastery shows you are proficient on many levels in the game on Gold... or that you got carried through a ton of Gold games, which is less likely.

You are wrong.  Not because gold solos are super difficulty, especially with certain class/enemy combinations, but because you are overestimating the capability of average players.  

Your average BSNer might get it done.  Your average private lobby friend can probably do it.  Your average random player is going to get ****ed hard the moment an objective shows up.

Any PvP Title requieres more skills than me-mp.

With a solo platinum, most have used the map glitches on hydra and dagger. That right there taints the banner more than kroguarg vs geth.

This, is very true, I've been trying to get map mastery for a couple of days (Minus until i finish ACIII), so much grind, it's no challenge really, except playing RIo is always a challenge just because it's a horrible map, and all these new kids are trying to camp it now. So lame.

A friend of mine soloed Platinum with a Turian Ghost on Rio... sitting inside the damn boxes spamming stim packs. Said it took him 2 hours.

Lone Wolf Banner means poo
