~side note, i tend to bounce from killer to healer.

No matter what class, I love running around a different route and flanking a group of enemies that is currently engaged with my squad mates. I'll either distract some and make them easier targets, or I'll help cut an enemy group down much faster. And if the team gets overrun, I'll be able to clean up, rush in and rez.

Hang around behind the scenes and tag enemies with priming powers if I'm a biotic or tech.
Since my teammates are usually useless, I end up the Jack of all trades.

The guy that gets pissed off because my teammates are dumb and always only target the enemy I've already engaged allowing us to get flanked by the other enemies that they decided to ignore as we all get owned .....

These days I like a lot to play as a Sniper. But I like a lot of roles, depends on how I feel when I play.

I love to tank in most games but... it seems a bit iffy in ME3.

Otherwise it's sniper or up close and melee.

Support i like to play, Geth Engineer/Female Quarian Engineer setting up tech explosions, stunning freezing etc makes it fun.

My role involves a mix of slaying and objective playing. I've always liked playing as an aggressive objective player.

Ok well since the elcor aren't out yet, I like the volus engineer. Prox mine + recon mine = stupid huge damage. Also melee cloak + shield boost makes the entire infiltrator class look like hemophobic wet nurses when it comes to reviving people.

Depends on my mood for the day.

One day, I'm a killing machine, melee kills, biotic kills, Claymore shotgun to the face on my KroSen...

Next day, I'm more of a caster/supporter, providing CC, shield stripping, armor weakening, group protection...

Caster/Support is my normal mode of play in the other Mass Effect games and in Single Player, so you can probably say that's my Favorite Role.

I enjoy being the heavy hitter...Harrier TGI, Javelin or Claymore GI, Anti-Armor Kroldier, Piranha/Indra TSoldier.

I'll play whatever class my squad needs, and lately I've been playing everything in order to work toward completing challenges. I'm able to carry Gold on any class...but my favorites are Infiltrators and Soldiers.
