Not quite as awesome, but it's fun to surf with the Demolisher as well. Synergizes very well with Claymore reload cancelling.

if i wouldve known about this earlier, geth gold with my bataguard wouldve worked better and i may not have needed the incompetent teammates i had. My hate for them wouldve propelled me forward to punching every geth in the flash light

It is a good fun way to annihilate several enemies in a cluster. Charge, Hate surf punch, Repeat. Soon they are all down.

Sorry about the slight necro, but I just figured this out (don't play batarians much and I rarely melee) but
Omg, hate surfing through ranks of pyros with basically immunity is pure win. It makes kroguarding look lame by comparison.

it is super fun thats for sure. I just wish there were more such exploits for other species or classes that would be legal but fun ways to use that particular character.

The "hate surfing" terminology comes from the fact that you are propelling yourself forward powered only by your own hate.
