I've been playing ME3 on 1600x1024 for a while but now suddenly that resolution option is gone. The highest is 1600x1200 but the first one lower is 1360x768.  I haven't done anything to my computer so I dont know what the hell happened. Anyone got any ideas on how I can fix this?

check your graphics driver, the recent updates could well have changed your desktop setting and the ability of the gfx card to offer the resolution settings you want to see
