Basically, why do the Cobra Missile Launchers give most/all of the points to a person who uses the Missile on something, reguardless of how much damage you do to that target?

Example : Did all but 1 bar of armor damage to two Scions. Someone whips out a missile, kills both of 'em and I get 28 and 128 points for the kills.
