Top 5 weapons in need of a buff (list your own)

So after weeks and weeks os certain weapons just being left at the wayside I thought it would be interesting to see what people thought are the things most in need of buffs.  Hopefully BW reads this thread and alters the priorities accordingly, but either way it should be an interesting topic.  Here's my list (along with suggested buffs):

1) Disciple - This shotgun is abysmal in nearly every way outside of weight, especially for a rare.  Presently, while within the same exact weight range, it's raw damage output is only slightly better than the GPR.  For a gun with average shotgun-type accuracy, that's beyond abysmal, and when compared to the much lighter, more accurate, and much more damaging (albeit more rare) Talon, one simply concludes that this gun presently has no place in this game.  

Suggested buff: 20% damage buff and an increase to stagger chance (if possible without patch).
 

2) Scimitar - This weapon suffers from pretty much all the same issues as the Disciple.  Only its lesser rarity makes it a lower priority.  

Suggested buff: 20% damage buff.


3) Eviscerator - Slower firing, with better accuracy and burst damage than the weapons above, this thing is still terrible.  

Suggesed buff: 20% damage buff.

4) Striker
- Yet another woeful rare.  This weapon combines massive recoil, terrible ammo-to-rof issues, and projectile based rounds that can't benefit from many mods and ammo types.  Theoretically its damage output should be good, but in game this only ever seems to happen with the top weapon classes (and even then it really isn't anything to write home about).  

Suggested buff: 10% damage buff, magazine increase from 12 to 14, spare ammo increased to 70-84, slight recoil reduction.


5) Geth SMG - This remains an odd weapon.  With incredible accuracy and and incredible fire rate it is clearly a very unique SMG, but much like its sibling, the GPR, it just doesn't do enough damage to really warrant its rare status.  

Suggested buff: 5% damage buff, increase head shot multiplier to x3 (changes modelled after the recent GPR buff which have helped that weapon finally start to feel like a rare).

1. Disciple - Not much I can say about this useless gun.

2. Wraith - People are saying that it's fine as is - Those people are wrong. It is the only UR shotgun, fine isn't good enough of an adjective. Give it a ROF buff and another shot in the clip, make it unique and worthy of that black border.

3. GSMG - There is literally no reason to use this gun over the other SMG's. It's sound is also annoying as hell.

Yes, I know that it's only three, but hey, I can only think about this stuff for so long before I get frustrated.

Disciple - Damage

Eagle - Damage
GSMG - Damage
Collector Sniper - Increased Mag size

I don't have the Collector SMG, but from looking at its stats, as the only UR SMG, it should get a Damage buff.

1) Incisor: Reduce the damned recoil already. It's literally the only problem this gun has.

2) Krysae: give this poor weapon its rate-of-fire back. It doesn't have to be as fast as it was pre-nerf, but its current RoF is pathetic.

3) Collector Sniper Rifle: Not so much a buff, but make the Spare Thermal Clip mod either increase its magazine size or reduce the cooldown time.

4) Collector SMG: make the Heat Sink mod work on it. And reduce the cooldown time. Possible damage buff, but a headshot bonus would be better IMO.

5) Collector Rifle: increase rate-of-fire slightly. Perhaps a small damage boost.

Disciple: damage buff or serious increase in chance to stagger

Incisor: reduce recoil

Collector Sniper Rifle: shorter cool down from overheat

Collector SMG: shorter cool down from overheat

Disciple: just to emphasize how badly this weapon needs work

inscisor, small damage increase reduced recoil.
Krysae, rof buff.
disciple, small damage buff give each pellet a decent amount of force, lose force the farther away, if all pellets hit at a close range can stagger a atlas.
gpsmg, shield and barrier modifacation, 150%
typhoon, undo the nerf.

Scimitar- Very fast-firing but I feel the damage simply isn't up there to actually benefit.

Disciple- Stagger seems to be unreliable.

Collector Rifle- It's a decent weapon but for a Rare, the Phaeston could do a bit better.

Edit: Predator- Mantis is justified as a well-rounded Common so why not the Predator? Every aspect of it seems to be very 'unreliable.'

GPSMG- Not really bad but I wouldn't mind a small headshot multiplier buff.

Eviscerator- Good acc and light weight but damage is horrible.  Should be a trade off between one exra shot (evisc) or exra damage (wraith) but the damage is just too bad to ever take this over the wraith or just about any other shotty.
Disciple- Lightest shotgun but just not nearly enough damage to justify using this weapon.
Scimitar- A really bad version of the Piranha, again needs more damage.
Katana- Yet again, just not enough damage to justify using it, even as a secondary when there are weapons like the talon and wraith.
Avenger- Horrible, outclassed by every other ar by a mile.  Sure it is lightweight and has a fast reload but the gpr is just as light, more accurate, and has much higher dps.  In fact, it is outclassed by every gun with similar or lower weight.

I think Bioware has done a good job buffing the sniper rifles into relevance.  To those who say the wraith, csr, hornet, or argus need to be buffed please learn how to use the weapon.

Also, why do people want recoil reduced on everything as a buff?  Why not buff the damage but keep it unique by having high recoil?  Otherwise, you are just making it the same as every other gun in the game.  God forbid there be a reason to use stability mods.

Typhoon: make it worth the UR title.
Striker AR: extra clip need a buff.
Collector sniper: sniper range increase
Incisor: less recoil or burst fire bullet from 3 to 5
GPS: fire rate and dmg buff.

Disciple - other shotguns stagger more reliably than this and do more damage.
Incisor - Muzzle climb makes it a dust collector. Any gun that requires a turian, stabilizer consumable and barrage gear to even make it usable, isn't worth the effort.
Krysae - just remove it already as it isn't getting the rof buff it needs
Eagle - again another gun wasted on a tsol
Projectile weapons - Mainly just a fix for the blanks fired glitch

My Sniper Rifle Stability Mod is still only at I.
