(Not sure if this is the right forum for this, as it's more of a technical issue with Origin than one with the game)
After completing the Halloween Challenge, I went into the N7 HQ to select the Halloween Challenge Banner, but I keep getting a message that I need to be logged out of Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer to make a selection.
At the time I thought that it had something to do with the "Progress in-game may take up to 15 minutes to appear here" message in the corner of the screen, so I thought I'd try it again in the morning. This morning I tried again and the same message "You must be logged out of Mass Effect 3 multiplayer for this selection to take effect." still appears and at this point I haven't been in-game (or even logged into Origin) for about 10 hours.
How do I get my banner set?

enter the game select the challenge list, highlight the challenge you wish to use the banner from,
then click the button marked "set title" (its next to the back button)
attempting ot set the banner in the n7hq should also work however it will always give the same message, that in order to affect the change you must be logged out of the origin browser and have me3 closed (personally i exit origin on my desktop)
half the time it will still not work however useing the in game method will work 99% of the time
hopefully this helps

So my issue was trying to set the banner on the website instead of in-game.
