I always found the Tal-Vashoth to be very interesting. They figured out that the Qun is a disgusting little code and left it. But I want to find out more about them. Why some leave specifically, and have a better insight on how the Qunari life is from the viewpoint of an outcast. 

We have had a Qunari companion before. Why not Tal-Vashoth?

I am pretty sure that the plot and characters are laid out and probably won't change.

The Qunari are coming. Why not have Tal-Vashoth around? If anything they would be around more then ever since a lot of them hate the Qun with a passion and would offer their services to Ferelden. They can still be added and the game does not even have a release date. In this time of the development things change constantly. So no nothing is set in stone unless it is within the same year of the games release date.

Do note that I am not asking for any love interest or anything. Just a companion, to see get more of an understanding of the Qun from the perspective of one who was born into it yet left it.

We know that the companions are "set in stone" now, as it were. They have already decided who all the companions will be.

It is possible, however, that one of them is a Kossith. We just don't know yet.
