Finally found time after all the holiday stuff, so here's the November CCC Entries. Just source files at the moment...may take quite a while to do a demo module since there's a lot of scripting in there.

I'm keen on getting those custom animations into Arnheim, but I am using project Q.
So I extracted project Q's a_ba and have it in notepad++ alongside Failed.Bard's a_ba with his custom animations. Can I merge the files by copying custom 1 and 2 and pasting into project Q's a_ba?
I'll cross post this to project q's boards as well. Any and all help appreciated. I'd like to use that climbing and jumping down animation.

As long as both Q & Failed.Bard used the same models, yes.
Any problem would come if someone (either one) adjusted or tweaked the model, changing proportions or positions.
Make a back up and give it a shot. :-)
If you have GMax, load the new a_ba into GMax and watch it. Shouldn't be a problem, though.

Cutting and pasting of just the animations worked for me. The animations look great, Failed Bard! Now I can expand my jumping and climbing systems. Thank you very much for your work.
Oooo.... just realized that those spells have VFX to go with them. *digging in*
