I don't know why, but I've only been able to get 1 backpack in camp and nowhere else help checked everywhere, ; ;

In Ostargar the Quarter Master has one right when you show up.
He will also have one after Alistar, Jory and Daveth return from the Wilds.
As you've found out there is one at Camp.
Try the Circle Tower the Quarter master there has one if i remember right.
Varathorn might have one. I think gorim has one after the landsmeet

Some vendors only have backpacks show up after you did the quest in that area. I believe the Dalish camp is that way as well as the quartermaster in the circle. Also, Bodahn will have another backpack after you complete Redcliff.

i'm wondering is you miss a back pack on accident is there still a way to get 120 slots (playing xbox 350 version)
