It will be released on Friday. If a retail game is released on the Friday, the digital release will also be on a Friday. They have been doing it for a while now.

Why would in the world would a company place an embargo on a 5 year old game?

Because they don't want you to know how it is until after you've purchased it.

I own the game on PC I don't expect it to be much different visually.... It will just be nice to have the complete set on my ps3.

I'm only getting it because A - I prefer playing on consoles and B - my Sony Vaio all in one has a rubbish ATI laptop-graphics card and ME1 doesn't look very good or run too well...

ok so for PSN download will the ME1 be on the PSN as soon as store Pick Ups for MET become available or am I going to have to wait until Sony decides to update PSN. I know a patch for ME2 is suppose to come out so ME1 saves can transfer to it unless the option never appeared there because the game never saw ME1 save existing on the system

I dont plan to beat it fast I wanna do all the sidequest, I beat it fast when i first played it on my now dead 360. Theres a reason why i went to Sony and my 360 dying is that exact reason, thanks to Bioware they saved me money on a 360. Fable 3 and Halo 4 and Skyrim(and DLC) arent good enough reason to me to go out and get a 360. I would like to thank Bioware ahead of time for saving me money on getting a 360 again, I didnt expect to be able to play ME2 and ME3 with a ME1 Shepard until I broke through and finally got a 360 again.

As far as the patch goes for ME2 it should be ready tomorrow, Bioware knew well in advance ME1 was coming out for PS3 on December 4th that Patch shouldve been done weeks ago.
