You only need to repurchase Arrival & the ME3 DLC, the rest of the story DLC is included.

Yeah, even so, that's another $45. Not really willing to spend that, on top of the $60 for the trilogy, again.

$41.96 right now (minus the other DLC in development) which is better than if you got the PC or 360 version.

Sorry if this has been brought up before, but I really want to purchase this for my ps3 (even if I already have the trilogy on PC), but I have some doubts about the packaging.

At first I though it was like this:

But a friend of mine that works in a store told me it's not that way (I live in latin america, so we mostly get US stuff). I am told that this picture is from the european version.

Do you think I'll have problems if I import this from europe? (meaning problems unlocking thropies or buying DLC, since my account is a US one).

When are they going to fix ME1 femshep has dialogue being cut when playing her, I know because when i ran through the same parts with my Maleshep all the dialogue was there like it shouldve been

You would have to research extensively what exactly are the rules when it comes to DLC. Your PS3 WILL play European discs regardless, it's not region locked. However, PSN accounts ARE region locked from what I know. When you buy DLC, PSN store sells you DLC for your PSN region, not for the region of the disc of a game that's in your console. So there may be conflict there. You need to google or ask PSN experts if you're safe importing MET from Europe.

Furhter into Mass Effect now, and I have to say that I really enjoy the structure of the missions... it's usually three-tiered...first you get thereand try to figure out what's going on, then you figure out where you're going and what you have to do to get there, and then you get to do it. DA: Origins was clearly influenced by the approach taken on Mass Effect I think... although Mass Effect in my opinion has had the better execution so far in my opinion.

it is out in Ireland i got my copy on Friday, i got it in-store in Patrick Streets gamestop Cork! I hope this helps!

Spent a lot of time over the last couple of days playing ME1 on PS3, gotta say I'm impressed, I also have the trilogy on PC and a lot of the time the PS3 version actually looks better than the PC version which was unexpected. There are a few glitches and technical problems here and there, but on the whole very good.

I have played ME1 and 2. Just started 3. ME1 played beautifully. There was some minor issues during Eden Prime and some of Shepards lines in his speeches in the beginning of the game but after that it played perfectly.

The import to ME2 was perfect. I saved Captain Kirrahe so he was mentioned, I saw Conrad Verner, saw Shiala, Gianna, etc etc. And now I just started ME3 and I bet the import is good here as well. Great job Bioware!!!

Now finally I can play Omega for the first time. Been holding it off until ME1 came out

Gamestop.ie has it for €59.97 but with €2 delivery. May be try a bigger Tesco stores.

I ordered it from Amazon.co.uk for £39.99 which is €53.

edit: Amazon still have for for the price but you have to wait until the new year to get it.

Maybe when I have $15 I don't care about I'll drop it for Omega. Definitely getting ME1 on PS3, though.

On the LInk of the Trilogy edition, it says that we will get a metal Box and a Art book of some sort, all i got is a Cardbox and 3 plastic box each containing one game, no art book, and the boxes look like crap.

WTF heppend here EA??? Is this some kind of falls advertising or somthing???

The US-version can be found here. There is no mention of an artbook, just artwork, which means the cover-art and no metal box, but a "foil" box. It seems the EU version looks different and has the 3 games in individual cases.

Yep. Found a european one at my local GS. Put the game on my wishlist, so I'm not quite buying yet .

Anyway, might as well get the 2nd (again) used and download me1 then. Would be cheaper - and I HAD hoped to get that nice foldable full set box... Not just.. 3 seperate games in a foil box

I had forgotten how great the art is in this game. Or at least I didn't appreciate it as much back when I played it on PC. Getting old and softhearted I guess.
