PS3 Mass Effect Trilogy Update

I just hope Mass Effect 2 for PS3 will be able to import saves from 1, because I wasn't happy with some of ME2 on PS3's default choices (most notably, my Shepard didn't recruit Wrex)

I'm still curious on how ME1 looks and runs on PS3.
Also I'm still debating whether I should get the trilogy edition or the digital edition.
I'm curious as well. I want to see if what kind of changes they made to graphics and gameplay functions.
I don't know about you, but I'm going with the trilogy edition. I don't really care for digital games. I like to have a physical copy of the game I want to play.
Digital games have their own perks. For one I never have to worry about the disc breaking. Also load times are bound to be shorter with the game running off the harddrive rather than on the slower Blu-ray drive.
I'm still contemplating on getting the trilogy edition though. I'm just not sure if I want to shell out 60 bucks for games that I already own though.

I wanna thank Bioware so much for this. I've loved Mass Effect 2 and 3 so much I can't wait to finally play 1 for the first time, it'll be like playing a prequel for me.

They already said a patch is coming that will allow us to import our saves so don't worry.

I believe the patch is only for existing copies of ME2; it should already be included in the Trilogy.
That is the most awesome piece of news I have heard all month (all 2 days of it so far ../../../images/forum/emoticons/tongue.png ). As soon as I
can verify it I'll be slamming in a pre-order!Why wouldn't your consoles be connected to the internet if your PC is? Something smells fishy...
I use a wireless dongle to surf the net, but you can't use it for consoles. Actually that may not be true, I think there's a way to connect your console to the net using a dongle but I received 5 or 6 different sets of instructions and they made my brain explode. So I gave up.
You can, yeah. I used to do it. You just need to connect an ethernet cable from your laptop/PC to your PS3, and then change the Internet sharing settings in Control Panel. Once it's shared and you have a new connection set up you should just be fine.

There's a bit of information that hasn't been answered yet and I think it's quite important: will the Extended Cut be integrated into Mass Effect 3 in the Trilogy? For PS3 or otherwise, but I suppose the answer will be the same for all three versions of the trilogy.
Its not that hard to just download it....

True, but isn't the extended cut the new official ME3 ending? Unless they actually see it as merely an extension of the original one which in turn makes it optional.

I really hope they keep the Mako physics the same. From what I've seen they look hilarious! Can't wait to visit all the planets. December 4th feels like forever now!
Oh wow, I thought I just couldn't drive! Glad to know it's not just me. I used to crack up thinking that my Shepard's crew must be thinking they were going to DIE in that vehicle! LOL

If we have Shadowbroker, Kasumi, Zaeed, The Arrival dlcs for ME2, From Ashes and Leviathan dlc for ME3 installed on our system, they'll still be possible to play with the discs in the Trilogy pack right?
And I hope it'll be possible to buy the dlcs for ME1 on the Store at some point.
I won't be pissed if you won't port those too, since I just want to play ME.

Yes, the trilogy is compatible with existing DLC.
And ME1 won't have any DLC on the PS Store because the full game already comes with the BDTS DLC integrated.

BDTS?
Nvm, googled. "Bring down the sky".
What about the "Pinnacle Station"?
Not a necessary dlc for the story?
