Its already past 9:00 GMT. Still there is no visible changes within the game. And none of the Bioware(officiall)  blogs/forum posts mention any specific time-frame

If that timeline would be correct the challenge would already be active but my Timezone is GMT +1 (past 10AM right now) and no active challenge yet.
Maybe they add it with the Balance Changes.

I have to work tomorrow and sleep tonight- i'm in Australia. I am vert greatful for what i have received, however at this stage that is nothing and if it's much later i'll pretty much completely miss out.

I'm guessing that the "Rocket Launcher" that was shown in the picture would most likely be placed in the sniper rifle section and you can probably only get it as a reward for completing the "Loyalty Challenge" thing that will happend on N7 Day.

What time does "N7 Day" start and end in the United States? I can't wait to play when I get home from work later!

The most sleep that I will be getting tonight is 3 hours, I will make it up tomorrow by sleeping early

Proabably Post-Process Effects (Video Editying and Fx). Not sure though
