Like it or not, the ME3 that was released back in march is the real ME3. That said don't expect anything regarding, the endings they said several times they are finished with them.

It reminds me a recent event when I was talking with a friend and she mentioned she hadn't had any idea Shepard can be male until recently because everyone around her plays as femShep .
