Wow, the Vindicator is actually pretty good.

Depends. The Revenant needed accuracy upgrades if you werent running and gunning with it.Scam_poo wrote...

ME2 Vindicator = Destroyer of Worlds along with its older brother Mattock.
ME3 Vindicator = Tickler of Worlds.
ME2 Revenant = The God of Weapons. Thus, there was no need to use a Vindicator.
ME3 Revenant = Decent, but not great.
The Vindicator also had a better burst fire damage. Just peek out, burst fall back.

Revenant and Locust are the two guns that should be getting serious buffs, just out of name reputation from ME2.

Now in ME3 it's still a bit good but it's like the DMR from Reach
Good but not as good as the BR

You forget that there were no "weapon upgrades" of any sort in Mass Effect 2.

Unless you have a different understanding of the words "weapon upgrades", I'm pretty sure there were.

Not sure what kind of ME2 you were playing, Sir. The weapon bench was introduced in ME3. If you're talking about upgrades to research in the lab (which of course existed), I'm fairly certain there was no upgrade enhancing assault rifle accuracy, so I still have no idea what DHKany was talking about.

Steam says 159 hours. Why?
Edit: Okay okay, it seems there was one "Assault Rifle Accuracy" upgrade.
Still doesn't justify claiming I haven't played Mass Effect 2. I probably played it more than you did.

he had bottle thick glasses and very big hair
he handed me his walkman (a cassette walkman)
and told me to listen to the music to save my life
it was supertramp 'raining again'
anyway a police car drove past the bus
and my future self shouted at the top of his voice
'HA - HA JUST LIKE FUC ING DAY OF THE JACKAL'
and ran off
i've now locked myself in my bedroom
let me know when it is safe to come out.

Buffing its damage to match the Mattock would put it right back where it belongs.
