Missile Launcher - Launch a mook 200ft into the air.
Panic Button - Save a team-mate who is mid sync kill.
Penetrator - Kill 3 or more enemies with a single bullet.
One for the team - Block a projectile that had locked onto a team member who was carrying a pizza/pumpkin or activating a device.
Community additions:
Cowboy - Throw 100 enemies off of the map with Lash.
Benny Hill - chase Nemesis for 2 minutes straight.
Captain Falcon - Punch a boss enemy's head off.
Sharpshooter - Kill an enemy that is airborne with a sniper rifle
Team Rocket - Launch an enemy to the air, with krogan's heavy melee.
Par 3 - Launch a mook 100 yards with a heavy melee.
(Adapted)Mightier than the Sword - Break Phantom Sword 10 times in one match (100 anytime is grindable)
At-Less - Kill an Atlas by destroying it's Knee/Crotch plates.
Crotch Rocket - Kill a Prime (or Atlas) with heavy melee to its crotch
Proctologist - Same as above, but from behind.
Blue Magic - Kill 5 enemies with a single Asari melee.
When in Rome... - Get a killing blow on a Centurion and a Praetorian with the M-5 Phalanx.
Master Thief - Kill 5 boss class enemies in a game without doing more than 1 bar of damage to them.
The way of the sword - Complete a full match with Slayer/Shadow killing only with sword attacks.
Made of Explodium - Kill a Praetorian using the Possessed Abomination's explosion.
Taste of your own medicine - Smash 10 Dragoons to death using your Phoenix Adep/Vangurd equipped with a Hornet.
