I'm gonna go with:

'Twas Beauty Killed the Beast: Melee a brute to death with an Asari.
Singin' in the Rain: Stand in the rain on Ghost Hazard for 60 seconds without dying.
He's Dead Jim: Teammate bleeds out while you are attempting to revive them.
Phyrric: Kill an enemy and be killed by the same enemy at the same time (abominations don't count).

Heretic : Using a Geth Character equipped with a geth weapon, kill 30 geth hunters in one game.

Burn the flamer : Kill 25 Geth Pyro using Flamer in one game.

Well-Timed : Kill a Brute with an headshot while he's charging you.

Savior : Revive a team mate while an enemy is going to execute him 5 times in a game.

What Team?! -- Kill 5 non swarmer enemies in 10 seconds or less without Cobras.

Death squad -- Squad kills 10 non swarmer enemies in 15 seconds or less without Cobras.


Have not tried these myself, kill number might need to be adjusted. But something along those lines.
