 Hi, I live in Venezuela; long story short, 3 months ago they broke into my house, they stole some things, including my custom built PC with my DA:O Ultimate DVD in it; I got a new PC but... How can I install and play it without the DVD? I still got the DLC DVD and the game is registered in my account

Contact EA Customer Service (Use the "Help" link at the bottom of the page) and select "Chat".
Explain what happened.

They can look-up your account and see what's registered, then authorize the download of the complete game from the EA/Origin store.
