you never said overpowered, but that's what you're implying....i am optimistic, but i'm stating facts...no character is overpowered in this game, that's not gonna change with the marksman

I don't think it would be nerfed since tactical cloak is better than marksman, and I don't see any topics regarding quarian male OPness. People are just paranoid.

You can stick to that mindset all you like, but don't pretend that weapons and powers have been nerfed because they were considered to be too powerful.

At most, I'll be sticking 3 ranks in it.  It may come in handy if there is a turret or an Atlas around, and I need to take a bite of a sandwich.

 i agree with ya, but i gotta take that backfire damage anyway just in case!!! its too nasty not too.

6/6/4( sabotage for backfire)/6/4 for me.

Not many people from the looks of it, every thread about Sabotage i see people keep saying it is worthless on the other factions except Geth.

Hopefully they will change it to at least a 4 second cooldown but, i doubt that will happen....

that's been rare...the main reason things have been nerfed was because of popularity

Not many people from the looks of it, every thread about Sabotage i see people keep saying it is worthless on the other factions except Geth.

Tactical Scan's headshot evolution apparently doesn't work.

With that he's not doing anything the Turian Soldier isn't already doing with superior weapon damage + headshot damage from passives, stability, and Proximity Mine.'s debuff.

I actually learnt that one of the Baldwin clones voiced him only at ME3 when I checked some threads about him.
I generally don't care about who voices who.

I somehow think that it will reduce the popularity of the turian soldier for sure. TS + marksman is a better combination than Proxy mine + marksman. TS has a longer duration for debuff so you don't have to worry about cooldowns. Also side-hopping is so important

Factors that work for the turian are that the proxy mine gives a AOE debuff (albeit for a smaller duration) & the passive's buff that the turian's got recently.

I agree, he almost overshadows him.
but at least with those new buffs to turians hell still have a great deal larger weapon damage and headshot bonus, and all that stability for guns like the striker/typhoon etc.

so just saying i think the idea is that kal'reegar has a very good and effective voice actor, regardless of who the person is. its like femshep would be less popular if she didnt have a good voice actor. but by the same hand, the character is made by the voice actor, so in essence if you changed all the voice actors the characters would be very different. imagine if garrus' voice actor was different. it would no longer be the same character.
all this being said adam baldwin did a fantastic job with reegar probably the best voice acting in the series. without such a good voice actor reegar becomes the guy with the rocket launcher in talis recruitment mission.

I agree, he almost overshadows him.

turian has aoe damaging debuff, waaaay higher health and shields, higher base weapon damage, passive stability, and high weight threshold. 
quarian has a more effective longer debuff and a dodge. 
i really cant decide and i highly doubt he will be overpowered. if you want to complain about overpowered why not bring up drell infiltrator, 45% aoe debuff with tactical cloak and o yeah a super high damage debuffing fire explosion setting up grenade. yeah if someone does gamebreaking damage its this guy

they leave things alone until they become a crutch.
TC, the falcon, krysae, Gi, pirahna, destroyer/demolisher are the "game breaking" ones people complain about but they were all justified. look out, harrier and ghost.
