Just a thought for a future addition to the site.

I think it would be nice if there was a tab under each character where we could type some form of a biography for our characters.  That way when other people view them online it would be a way to add in a little fan fiction.

Any thoughts?

Yep, that´s a good idea.. and was available in many other games (BG, NWN) where it had few sense, since i mainly played them offline. But with this whole online characters it would be a nice addition to present your chars.

I would really like if we had a way to put custom text in story section of each character from the in-game UI. It'd be awesome.

I agree, it would be nice to post a story of your character 'pre-start of the game' time.

I love the idea. Some of my characters might look similar to some, but to me, they are totally different because of their personalities and backstories. Would love to be able to share some with the community!

I don't think it really fits for DA. Your story is your origin. It gets told there, and unfolds there. You aren't creating your own life, you are picking up on a life already in existence that is already at X point. If we have the option of creating are own biographies how many would fit the origin story or make any sense?



The biography of our characters, is the story we create as we play them, which is what this website is likely to record.

I thought that was what the story tab was for.. ? Or will that just show your origin?

The story tab will show your progress through the story, what quests you've completed, important events, etc.

I would like this as well. But if it doesn't comes some people are already using galleries to show their characters and backstory in the picture information.
