So post here.
waht are some of your favorite characters. Give the writers ideas and inspirations.

I'd want ot see something like King Ultemecia and his 2 bodyguards (Niels and Bohr) from Exiern. They are utterly awesome.
Here are some of their moments:
King being a maginificant evil bastard
And if you're lazy to read to 5 strips taht follow..the conclusion
the kings a pretty cool guy
King being himself (4 strips)
King and guards (1 strip)
King being creepy (and his guards - 6 strips)
Niels being Niels
Some side humor
The Magnificent Bohr (5 strips)

In terms of famous characters, I would like all the monsters from the third act of The Cabin in the Woods to show up, preferably from a series of lifts surrounding a group of terrified human guards. 'Cuz that s**t was hilarious.

I would like to see characters with names and possibly backstories. They should have classes and talents that are useful in battle and exploration. Unique physical appearances and distinctive genders would be helpful in differentiating between them and they should be able to speak in languages I can understand.

Naked characters for me. A whole boat-load full of naked freaks with giant erogenous zones.

- Mindful Characters like Mr. House and Ulysses (from New Negas), KOTOR II Jedi Masters, Sion and Kreia.
- Characters who their sexuality isn't their main characteristic (pointing at DA2 abomination)
- Amusing characters like Alisthair, Varric, HK 47, etc.
- Typical good characters
For evil characters, I like to see D&D Monk like lawful evil characters.

I'm sure Bioware will create some fairly interesting characters in DA3 that might become one of my favourites, very curious to see what they come up with.

-Dwarven female party member (ala Sigrun or Mazzy in terms of personality)
-Bishop style sociopathic/twisted evil male party member (romanceable)
-A villain that makes him/her a villain and really leads up to a climatic battle (more Sarens and less Merediths)
Those are the ones I can think of that I'd really like to see. Also would like to see more cultural diversity (Anderfels, Rivaini, Nevarran, Chasind, not just Kirkwall/Fereldan-inspired party members) and of course racial diversity (more elves/dwarves/qunari, not just a token for each slot)

I'd like some characters who refuse to join me if I'm rather evil and they aren't and the opposite, where an evil character won't help someone whose trying to help people. And then some who can work with anyone.

Origin: Orlais
class: Noblewoman
Role: Mage
Appearance: Medieval Hunting Dress

(Uses a Bow as primary weapon; has a falcon pet)
Background:
Solange's talents as a mage were discovered by her family at an early age. In an attempt to protect his daughter from imprisonment in the Circle, Lord Bellamy devised a plan to educate the fledgling mage in the arcane arts in clandestine: four times a week, Solange accompanied an apostate-wilderer into the woods surrounding the Bellamy estate to cultivate her 'hunting" skills; during the hunting trips, the apostate trained Solange to master her magical talents. In addition to magical training, there was, indeed, hunting. Solange mastered the art of archery, scouting, and survival; with the guidance of the wilder, Solange learned the exotic techniques of "spirit hunting": the "spirit hunter" augmnets his hunting-prowess with boons from denizens of the fade. Arrows that always hit the target, shots that render victims in magical slumber, and vision to see in the black of night are all common tools of wilder spirit hunters.
Solange accompanies the Inquisitor upon his/her visit to the Bellamy's Orlesian estate. Lord Bellamy, hoping that Solange would better ellude the impending Exalted March with the Inquisitor, suggests that Solange, using her exceptional scouting skills, would prove useful on the Inquisitor's travels. (If anything, Solange's extended artistocratic education of the nations of Thedas would be useful, regardless). If the inquisitor accepts Solange into the party, the relationship between the inquisitor/Solange will evolve into two directions:
1. (friendship): Solange reveals her magical talents
2. (Rivalry-crisis): Becomes an abomination, to be slain by the inquisitor.
3.(Neutral): Simply accompanies inquisitor.
Personality:
1. Refined.
2. Cultured.
3. Lady-like.
4. Bookish (Solange loves to read)
5. Open-minded. (Loves to learn about foreign nations/ideas)
6. Witty.

1. A chantry member in the party. I feel like everyone is using the chantry as this giant evil church that oppresses people with no remorse. I'd like to see some equal time.
2. A Qunari. Male of course or they wouldn't be a fighter. (don't change established lore on this please. Love the fight where Stenn is confused because women are not warriors.) And I want him to be as hard nosed as the Qunari have shown themselves to be.
3. A male mage trapped in a woman's body by a spell gone wrong that he can't fix. Have him forget he's a woman often and make him a womanizer. And really bad at being one. The last one is more of a lark, but I'd love to see all 3. Especially the first 2.

Also, I would like to see a character change during the game story. Instead of giving a companion some outrageous background, like "possessed mage", or "ruthless assassin on a path of vengeance", let me experience that change. Putting the biggest impact in an NPC's life into the past is wasted potential, I think.
Let me meet a cheerful recruit as I set out on adventure. Let me be there when whatever terrible thing happens that makes him grow cold and silent and longing for revenge. That would be so much better than just "keep talking until you get the sob story", and ideally, give the protagonist some sort of influence on how the NPC handles the situation.
