[Kapn Crunch]

I'm going in circles inside the fade trying to find my party members. I've covered the Raw Fade, Burning Tower, Mages Asunder, Templars Nightmare, Darkspawn Invasion, Weisshaupt Fortress.  I can't get to the Inner Sanctum, when I click on it nothing happens.  Did I miss something somewhere?

Oops. Went back to Templars Nightmare and into a mouse hole and found a gang of monsters to kill.  Busy trying to clean up this mess at the moment.
