I was curious as to my options when it comes to buying DLC. I noticed on the DA site that it says that DLCs cost a certain amount of Microsoft Points, Bioware Points or PS3 points. Are Microsoft Points restricted to the XBox 360 only?
I have Dragon Age for the PC and naturally have a Games for Windows Live account which stores several Microsoft Points I have available (Enough to purchase some DLC) but when I attempted to use these points to purchase a DLC before I was unable to use them or even find a way to have these points register for any DA accounts here. In the Games for Windows Live store there were no DA DLCs/content available and there was no way to somehow transfer my Microsoft Points here to this site for me to use.
Instead I was forced to purchase new Bioware Points from these forums in order to get a DLC. Since I still have these unused Microsoft Points, and they are enough to purchase another DLC, I want to know if there is any way I can use them.
Thanks
Microsoft Points or Bioware Points?

no, Microsoft points are for Xbox360 version only. PC version you need to buy Bioware Points.

My, oh my... such choices. Do I go with one imaginary currency, or another? *insert eye-roll here*

Thank you Eisberg for the answer.
@Uberman, I asked this because I already have Microsoft points that I purchased through a Games for Windows live card and don't have anything to use them on and hoped I could use them for a DLC.
If I have to use Bioware points as Eisberg suggests, then I have to pay for brand new points and can't use the ones I have in my Microsoft account. But thanks for the awesome display of wit really...

Well, at least you can buy the exact amount of Bioware points needed. Rather than having a chunk of wasted MS points for a while.

Sony, Microsoft, and now BioWare love the point system, because all of those leftover point balances amounts to MILLIONS of dollars in their bank accounts that they can use for investments or other revenue generation.

MS points, Bioware points, gift cards.
Just like money, only less useful!
Damn, I was hoping I could use the leftover MS ones as well. Oh well, I'll just have to work out how much it amounts to & if it is worth it...
