i have mass effect 2 on my pc and recently i have decided to buy it on my xbox, i decided to get a preowned one, will i have to purchese a new cerberus network key or can i transfer the one on my pc to the xbox.

There was a time transfers were allowed, though I understand this option is no longer available.

As such you will need to purchase a new Cerberus Network for the 360.
